US20 bypass on and off ramps reopened

The on and off ramps of the eastbound lanes of the US20 bypass have been reopened.
They were blocked at Elm Road because of an accident between a semi and a car Tuesday morning.
The crash happened around 10:30 a.m.
The road reopened just before 1 p.m.
