The company provides cloud computing services for a variety of customers, including companies, individuals, universities and government agencies.

AWS Support tweeted from its verified Twitter account in response to user reports on the outage, noting that the company is aware of the issues and working to resolve them.

Users trying to access Instacart, Venmo, Kindle, Roku and Disney+ have reported issues, according to the Associated Press.
