Arrest made in vandalism of Chocolate Cafe, Spirited in downtown South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – A man has been arrested in connection with the vandalism of the South Bend Chocolate Café and Spirited on Tuesday morning, the South Bend Police Department announced.
Joshua Rogers, 35, has been arrested on the charges of burglary and criminal mischief.
He was taken to the St. Joseph County Jail.
Two windows at the South Bend Chocolate Café and a door at Spirited were shattered.
