Vandals hit new South Bend housing project

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A new housing project in South Bend is hit by vandals.
The windows to dozens of basements were busted out. This just hours after they were put in at the Triangle Development.
A construction worker told ABC57 News a few of the big machines were also damaged. The onsite office had windows busted out and a screen slit open.
