Vandals spray paint side of Michigan State capitol building

LANSING, Mich. -- Police were at the scene of vandalism Thursday at the Michigan State Capitol building.

Stick figure drawings of a man and a woman were spray painted on the building and the phrase "Give Art a Chance" was painted on a war monument.

Surveillance cameras did not capture what happened and police say no one took responsibility for the crime.
