Vehicle recovered from St. Joseph River in Elkhart

Elkhart firefighters and police responded to a vehicle in the St. Joseph River Monday morning.
The vehicle went into the St. Joseph River off Edgewater Drive, according to Elkhart Firefighters Local 338's Facebook post.
