Victim identified in shooting on Philippa Street

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - South Bend Police identified the victim killed in a shooting in the 700 block of Philippa Street Wednesday night as Marlon Hudson.
Hudson is a 25-year-old from Gary.
Two other victims, both women, are recovering from their injuries.
