ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- The victim in the Arbors at Riverbend Apartment on Monday has been identified as 22-year-old Roosevelt R.K. Lewis, III, of Elkhart.

The Elkhart County’s Sheriff’s Office said they got the call at 2:43 p.m. Monday afternoon.

"Deputies arrived on scene and confirmed that an adult male was suffering from apparent gunshot wounds," the Elkhart County Sheriff's Office said.
