Vigil to be held for father killed outside South Bend bar

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Thursday a vigil is scheduled for Cesar Flores.
The South Bend father was shot and killed outside of the Anchor Inn bar on Western Avenue nearly two weeks ago.
Ramone DeLeon, 24,was arrested and charged with killing Flores.
His vigil is scheduled for 5:45 p.m. in the parking lot, near Bill’s Place restaurant in South Bend.
