New bites at the ballpark on opening day
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Police Department reports officers were called to the 1600 block of S. High Street for a Shot Spotter notification around 1:10 a.m.
Police say a victim was found at Dubail Avenue and High Street.
The victim is in stable condition.
The SBPD Violent Crimes Unit is investigating.
