City of Elkhart ELKHART, Ind. -- Elkhart Parks & Recreation announced the Walker Park playground is temporarily closed while repairs are underway.
Officials ask the public to please stay off the equipment until it reopens to keep everyone safe and give the repairs time to cure.
The playground is expected to reopen on Monday, Oct. 6.
