We're starting the week with more sunshine as the warmup continues, we'll see highs in the mid 80's today. This week will be sunny and hot as temperatures break into the 90's starting tomorrow. Blocking high pressure over the Midwest keeps us mainly dry through the week, but a pop-up shower or thunderstorm is possible Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoon. Rain should stay away through at least the first few days of June, drought conditions are expected to develop further. We could start seeing this upper-level high pressure ridge breaking down next week, hopefully bringing the return of some rainfall to the forecast.
Today: Mostly sunny. High 85.
Tonight: Mostly clear. Low 60.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny. High 90.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny. High 88.
