Thousands without power due to high wind gusts
Lake effect clouds will start to clear out this evening, leading to clear skies overnight and very cold temperatures. Lows will fall into the mid 20s. Monday will start to warm up a bit, with highs in the mid 40s. We will have sunshine to start the day and increasing clouds in the afternoon.
Warmer air continues to move into the area this week, pushing temperatures into the mid 50s. Rain will move back in late Wednesday, sticking around through Friday morning. SB Cubs opening day looks rainy, and models are trending for cooler temps in the low to mid 50s, potentially even cooler. Nicer weather returns for next weekend, with highs likely making it into the 60s.
