Warsaw man arrested, charged with Possession of Child Pornography

WARSAW, Ind. -- The Indiana State Police report investigators with the ISP Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force began an investigation into a Warsaw man in November 2024 following a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

The report states the investigation led to a search warrant being granted by the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office for the home of 27-year-old Brandon L. Palmer.

The warrant, executed by the ISP ICAC Task Force, ISP Bremen Post, and Warsaw Police Department, on Wednesday resulted in the seizure of several electronic devices.

Palmer was subsequently arrested and taken to the Kosciusko County Jail for Possession of Child Pornography, a Level 5 Felony.

This investigation remains ongoing.
