Warsaw man charged with neglect and battery of toddler

WARSAW, Ind. — A Warsaw man is in custody after allegedly beating a toddler.
Kosciusko County police took 24-year-old Bradley Waikel into custody after speaking with his girlfriend.
Waikel allegedly battered the woman's 2-year-old son.
Multiple injuries were found when the child was admitted to the emergency room. This prompted medical officials to report the case.
Waikel was arrested and charged with felony neglect and battery charges.
