Warsaw man convicted of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm

Gary Schmucker SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The United States Attorney’s Office Northern District of Indiana announced 47-year-old Gary Schmucker, of Warsaw, was found guilty on Wednesday following a two-day jury trial.
Schmucker was found guilty for one count of Possessing a Firearm as an Unlawful Drug User.
Schmucker's sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 25.
Officials say any specific sentence will be determined by the District Court Judge after consideration of federal statutes and the United States Sentencing Guidelines.
