Warsaw man who killed roommate pleads not guilty by reason of insanity

WARSAW, Ind. — A Warsaw man who is accused of strangling his roommate is pleading not guilty by reason of insanity.
Police say 54-year-old Robert Hurley killed Lionel King on March 3 by strangling him with a cord.
Hurley told a judge in court that he takes different medications for mental health issues.
If convicted he could face up to 65 years behind bars.
