Warsaw middle school teacher headed to court

WARSAW, Ind. -- A local teacher is heading to court Monday in Kosciusko County.
Tyler Baatz, 26, will be having his status hearing for charges brought against him in late August.
Baatz was accused of having a sexual relationship with one of his former students, a 14-year-old girl.
Baatz was a language arts teacher at Edgewood Middle School in Warsaw.
