WATCH: Elkhart mayoral candidate debate

The two candidates for Elkhart mayor participated in a debate Monday evening sponsored by the American Democracy Project at IU South Bend and the League of Women Voters of Elkhart County.
The candidates are Dave Miller, a Republican, and Rod Roberson, a Democrat.
