Wayne Messmer sings the National Anthem at 2019 All-Star Game

SOUTH BEND, Ind.—Long-time public address announcer for the Chicago Cubs, Wayne Messmer, performed the National Anthem at the 2019 Midwest League All-Star Game at Four Winds Field on Tuesday.
Messmer has performed the “The Star-Spangled Banner” before many Chicago Cubs games.
