After closure in 2020, YMCA reopens in downtown
MISHAWAKA, Ind. – After closing its doors back in June, the West End Bakery will reopen its doors on Saturday, November 21st. The long-time Michiana favorite is under new ownership and ready to get back to business.
The bakery will only be offering a limited menu, such as donuts, cakes, and other pastries as they get up to speed within the community. Special orders will come with time.
The new owners say they are prepared to keep people safe as they come in and shop.
“Yeah, we’ve got a corona castle in here, we’ve got Plexiglas, we’ve got all kinds of protection for everybody and following all the health departments protocols, you know we’re going to try and have people distance six foot if they’re lined up here like they did last time,” said Dave Price, General Manager of West End Bakery.
West End Bakery will be open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sundays.
