Westbound lanes of Toll Road reopen in Elkhart County

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- The westbound lanes of the Indiana Toll Road have reopened following a crash just west of exit 92 in Elkhart County.
The westbound lanes shut down just after 10:30 a.m. and reopened just before 11:30 a.m.
