WASHINGTON -- In the wake of the big damage of Hurricane Sandy, the White House has cancelled one of its biggest parties of the year.
There will be no Halloween at the White House.
Instead President Obama will spend his time focusing on relief efforts in places like New Jersey and New York City.
Every year, the White House holds a party where kids from the neighborhood come dressed in costumes.
