Whitmer announces more jobs coming to Berrien County


Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has announced two new business expansions that will lead to more jobs in Berrien and Saint Claire counties.

One of the expansions involves the Indiana-based Stealth Enterprises.

It will establish operations in Berrien Springs, creating as many as 50 new jobs.

Rendall Industries in Saint Claire County is also expanding its operations, creating as many as 34 new jobs.

the two projects have received some financial support from the Michigan Strategic Fund.

“Today’s investments will create 84 good-paying jobs, building on our economic momentum as more companies choose to ‘make it’ in Michigan,” said Governor Whitmer. “Let’s keep working together to win projects that bring good-paying jobs to every region of the state. Together, we will keep growing our economy, helping businesses expand, and building a bright future for Michigan.”
