Cool and cloud weather continues Tuesday, along with another round of much needed rain. Some parts of the area received little rainfall Sunday, so Tuesday's second shot is very important. A closed low will spin back through the Great Lake bringing a northwesterly wind flow and lake enhanced rain showers. The latest model estimates hinge around a half inch of rain, that amount or more would put a dent in our dry conditions. Less than that, and the area will limp along until the next chance of rain. The forecast the rest of the week is generally mild. Temps spike into the 80s Saturday ahead of the next chance of rain Saturday night - Sunday.
Tonight: Clouds increasing, showers late. Low 52.
Tuesday: Showers. High 64.
Wednesday: Clearing. High 72.
Thursday: Isolated Showers. High 78.
