MIAMI COUNTY, Ind. - South Bend mayoral candidate Will Smith, was back in court Thursday afternoon in Miami County.
Thursday's hearing was a pre-trial for Smith, he is facing a level six felony charge for theft.
According to the probable cause affidavit, on January 27 at 7:31 a.m., a 2019 Forest River travel trailer valued at $18,700 was taken from RV Dynasty in Miami County.
At the hearing, Smith, along with his attorney Gary Griner, pleaded not guilty.
