FULTON COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana State Police confirmed that a woman died in a two vehicle crash in Fulton County at the intersection of State Road 114 and Fulton County Road 1275 East at around 2 p.m. on Monday.

A preliminary investigation revealed that 45-year-old Denise Payne of Winamac was driving north on County Road 1275 East. She stopped at a stop sign where the road intersects with State Road 114, then proceeded forward.
