Skies will remain mostly clear tonight, allowing temperatures to plummet into the middle 30s overnight. Some patchy frost across portions of Michiana isn't out of the question to start Saturday morning. Bring those sensitive plants inside tonight just to be safe. Despite starting in the 30s Saturday morning, highs for the first day of May will reach the middle 70s Saturday afternoon! Winds will pick up quite a bit in the afternoon, with gusts possibly topping 40 mph at times. Winds will relax slightly on Sunday, but it will still be breezy. Highs will reach the low 80s under partly sunny skies. Clouds will increase Sunday night, with showers possible late into Monday morning. Showers and thunderstorms are in the forecast on Monday and Tuesday. Temperatures will be stuck near 60 degrees for most of next week.
