Interview with Dr. Mark Fox of IU School of Medicine post CDC...
Widespread showers persist through most of this morning, although a few weaker patches of drizzle, or even dry weather, are possible. When rain is not falling out the door, dense fog is a concern with the abundant rainfall cooling the surface substantially. Highs today only reach the upper 50s, substantially muted values compared to the upper 70s and low 80s Michiana experienced yesterday. Winds today could reach up to 30 mph as well behind the center of low pressure that passes through our area. After dropping into the bottom of the 40s tonight, we'll recover to the low 60s Monday afternoon. Another cold front glides into Michiana Tuesday, subduing high temperatures to the mid 50s and bringing even more rain to the area.
Today: Rain and wind. High 59.
Tonight: Partly cloudy. Low 40.
Monday: Sunny. High 62.
Tuesday: Showers. High 56.
