Snowier, Windier, and Colder Thursday
Windy conditions continue today, with the fastest gusts early this morning (40+ mph). The wind advisory remains in effect until 4 p.m. for all of Michiana. This afternoon, we’ll likely see some gusts around 25-30 mph, so keep the holiday decorations deflated again.
Only a few short-lived showers early this morning, then the day will be dry with skies partially clearing by afternoon.
Temperatures get colder as the day goes on – we’ll be in the low 40s by afternoon.
Cooler air settles into Michiana for the rest of the forecast.
Friday stays dry and mostly sunny, but a round of rain/snow showers is possible Friday night into early Saturday morning.
A few lake effect flurries are possible Saturday afternoon, otherwise the weekend looks dry but cool.
As of now, looks like no significant rain or snow chances for next week.
Today: Windy. Falling temperatures from 60.
Tonight: Mostly clear, breezy. Low 30.
Friday: Mostly sunny. High 43.
Saturday: Mostly cloudy. Chance lake effect flurries. High 38.
