Windy to breezy, gusts calm slightly into Friday, gusts as high as 30 mph. Temperatures remain chilly, temps in the low 40s but the wind chill in the 30s. The weekend is a bit milder but comes with rain by Saturday night and lasts through Sunday. Next week is very chilly, low 40s for highs and lows below freezing. Temperatures run 10 to 15 degrees below normal, with little warm-up until next weekend.
