Enjoy the milder weekend, winter returns Monday
We will be cool, dry and cloudy this evening, but the next system moves in late after around 4AM, and will move out by around 12PM Saturday . Between the toll road and US 30, snow is expected, around 1” of accumulation. South of US 30, wintry mix and ice will cause slick conditions. A Winter Weather Advisory will be in effect from midnight tonight until 9AM Saturday morning for Pulaski and Fulton counties. Ice may accumulate up to .1” in spots further south. Road conditions on US 31 and 24 will be slippery in the morning, take caution!
Tonight: Mostly to partly cloudy, wintry mix late, low of 26.
Saturday: AM snow/mix/ice, PM clearing, high of 44.
Sunday: Sunny, highs near 49.
