SOUTH BEND, Ind. - A 24-year-old woman was arrested Thursday night after hitting three parked vehicles while driving intoxicated with children, according to the South Bend Police Department.

Dasjonna Johnson was preliminarily charged with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and three counts of neglect of a dependent.

Just before 9:30 p.m., officers responded to the crash near the intersection of Mishawaka Avenue and 31st Street.

At the scene, police said Johnson appeared intoxicated but wouldn’t take a field sobriety test. With her were three passengers under the age of 10.

She was booked into the St. Joseph County Jail on the charges.
