Woman found alive inside funeral home cold storage

(CNN) -- A 91-year-old woman in Ostrow Lubelski, Poland was declared dead, but awoke in cold storage at a funeral home.
A doctor went to the home of 91-year-old Janina Kolkiewicz on November 6th and examined her. The doctor determined she had no vital signs and signed a death certificate.
A few hours later, the family received a phone call from the funeral home. Kolkiewicz was found alive in a cold storage room of the funeral home after spending 11 hours there.
Kolkiewicz is home and is feeling fine.
The prosecutor's office has started an investigation into the case.
