62-year-old woman dies in Three Oaks fire

THREE OAKS, Mich. - One woman is dead following a fire at the Lakewood Estates Mobile Home park in Three Oaks Tuesday morning, according to fire crews on scene.
Firefighters were called to the scene just after 4:30 a.m.
By the time crews got to the scene, a man had escaped the blaze and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Dawn Popp, 62, was found dead inside the home once crews could get in.
The Michigan State Police Fire Investigation Unit is investigating the cause and origin of the fire.
