Woman on probation in neglect of a dependent case

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – A woman is on probation following a plea agreement in a neglect of a dependent case, according to court documents.
A judge accepted Tiffany Phillips’ plea agreement in court on Monday.
Phillips was sentenced to one year at the county jail but it was suspended.
She will now be on probation for one year.
