Woman sculpts dairy cow out of cheese

INDIANAPOLIS -- A unique sculpture was unveiled at the Indiana State Fair on Wednesday.

It is a dairy cow made entirely out of cheese, and weighs in at a whopping 2,000 pounds.

The sculptor, better known as Cheese Lady, said mild cheddar works best because it tastes great and comes in big sizes.

The statue will be on display through Aug. 19 in Indianapolis.
