Work on skyway to restrict traffic

SOUTH BEND, Ind. — A traffic restriction will begin at 5 p.m. on Tuesday on Michigan Street between Bartlett to Navarre Streets. Traffic will be restricted to one lane in each direction.
Crews will be installing skyway windows.
The work is expected to be completed by Feb. 20.
