Ying Massage employees charged with prostitution

Two employees of Ying Massage were arrested Friday after a search warrant was served at the business in an investigation into alleged criminal business practices.

Warsaw Police and the Indiana State Police served the warrant at Ying Massage, on Circle Drive West, Friday.

Investigators were searching for evidence related to corrupt business influence, tax evasion, prostitution and promoting prostitution.

Li-Lan Chu was arrested and charged with two counts of prostitution and one count of corrupt business influence.

The other woman arrested has not been identified by name but her mugshot has been released.

In the probable cause affidavit for Chu, investigators say Ying Massage has been in business for two years, but the Indiana Department of Revenue says the business has not paid any taxes.
