Young man injured in off-road accident

CEDAR LAKE, Ind. - A young man was injured Friday afternoon in an off road accident.
Adam Greer, 27, of Cedar Lake, was operating a four-wheeler on the roadway when he lost control and struck a large tree.
The accident happened near 125th Court and Parrish Ave.
Greer was transported to St. Anthony's Medical Center in Crowne Point and soon airlifted to Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn where he is being treated for multiple head and neck injuries.
