Mel Hall, a democrat from South Bend, is challenging Jackie Walorski for Indiana's 2nd Congressional District.

Hall is an ordained minister, businessman, who served as chairman and CEO of the medical survey firm Press Ganey. He graduated from Taylor University and later earned a Ph.D. in data science from the University of Notre Dame.

In this segment, Mel Hall has been given 4 minutes to answer the following question: On November 6th, why should voters in the 2nd District make a change and vote for you?
