Zimmerman enters 'not guilty' plea

SANFORD, Fla. -- Right now, George Zimmerman is still behind bars, but he isn't with the general population.

The Florida neighborhood watchman entered a 'not guilty' plea in court on Thursday.

This comes just a day after he was charged with 2nd-degree murder for gunning down 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in February.

The teen's family said they now have a sense of relief.

If convicted, George Zimmerman faces 25 years to life behind bars.

He will be back in court on May 29th.
