ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – YMCA of Greater Michiana is hosting its 10th annual Greatest Chefs of Michiana Gala on Oct. 15 at the Century Center in South Bend.
Nine restaurants and chefs are teaming up with local officials and creating a special dish that you can both enjoy and vote on. The funds raised from the votes and donations will go towards the programs provided by the YMCA, helping the needs of individuals and families throughout the community.
Some restaurants that are participating include:
The Lauber, Howard Park Public House, Simonini Gourmet, Brass Elk Brewing in Elkhart, Bistro On the Greens, The Bucket, Rohr’s , and Camp Eberhart Café.
They each created a new dish that’s being served at the restaurants until the Gala.
The fundraiser starts at 5:30 p.m. at the Century Center. You can still purchase tickets and vote for your favorite dish here.
