11 Finalists announced for State Theatre "Pitch Your Plan" contest

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The State Theater is about to get a makeover!
On Wednesday, Downtown South Bend, Inc. announced the 11 finalists for the "Pitch Your Plan" contest.
DTSB said they received nearly 90 submissions from people age 6 to 60.
Finalists now get to present their plan to a panel of local experts.
The winner gets $1,000, and his or her name on the marquee for a month.
