BERRIEN SPRINGS, Mich. -- 11th annual Stuff-a-Bus helps kids in need of school supplies.

The event will take place on July 24, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Courthouse Square.

The needed items that will be collected are new backpacks, notebooks, pencils, pens, glue sticks, folders, 1” and 1½” binders and other essential school supplies.

"Something as simple as a backpack filled with school supplies can make a tremendous difference in a child's life," said Amanda Wilcox, one of the event organizers.

Wilxoc continues to say, "Last year we filled nearly 400 backpacks with school supplies for schools throughout Berrien Springs, and we anticipate a similar number this year."

Stuff-a-Bus will also feature food trucks, live entertainment, local vendors.
