12-Year-old crash victim's parents file wrongful death lawsuit

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Parents of a car crash victim have filed a wrongful death lawsuit.
According to police, Kent and Randi Downhour's son Cory,12, died when the car he was in went out of control and crashed.
Police say the driver was John Sult. Now the victim's parents are filing a wrongful death lawsuit against Sult.
The accident happened back in December of last year and it's reported the driver did not have a driver's license.
