INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indiana State Police are issuing a Statewide Silver Alert Wednesday after the disappearance of a 15-year-old girl from Crown Point, 138 miles northwest of Indianapolis.

Elizabeth Granville is a white 15-year-old with brown eyes and brown hair. She stands 5 feet and 2 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.

Granville was last seen Tuesday at 9:30 p.m., wearing a black shirt, neon green shorts, and black shoes.

The Merrillville Police Department is leading the investigation into Granville's disappearance, and if you have any information on her, they ask that you contact the department at (219) 660-0000.

Granville is believed to be in extreme danger, possibly requiring medical assistance.
