St. Joseph County Jail

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning has forced Heavenly Harmony Hope Ministry daycare to close following the arrest of its owner Tysharae Jones.

In a letter sent to Jones by the Indiana FSSA, it's explained that the emergency closure is due to Indiana Code 12-17.2-6-20, Violations posing immediate threat to life or well-being of child.

The Indiana FSSA's findings state on Oct. 13, they received a complaint alleging two children in Jones' care were harmed in an incident which was recorded.

The findings allege Jones can be seen watching the incident take place without intervening.

The FSSA also states Jones failed to report the incident.

On Oct. 23, the FSSA was informed Jones had been arrested in connection with the incident.
