18-year-old arrested in shooting in Goshen

GOSHEN, Ind. – An 18-year-old was arrested Saturday for allegedly shooting another person during a robbery.

According to Goshen Police, Todd Francis, is accused of shooting and injuring an 18-year-old victim in an alley behind the 400 block of West Wilden Avenue during a robbery on Thursday.

The victim suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the thigh.

Francis has been charged with armed robbery resulting in seriously bodily injury and was booked into the Elkhart County Jail.
