2 Hurt in Nashville acid spill

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Two Nashville workers had a frightening accident on the job.

Police said they were burned in an acid spill. It happened at an aircraft maintenance company. Emergency officials said a 55-gallon drum of sulfuric acid fell on them.

One employee got burned on his head and hands. The other hurt his hands while trying to help his coworker.

They were transported to the hospital, but their injuries are not critical.
